Delivery Information

We deliver anywhere within the UK.


Our boxes are shipped FREE using Royal Mail First Class. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched. If you have requested a specific delivery date we will make sure the box is shipped out in time, but we cannot guarantee delivery on this day as we are unable to control any external factors such as delays by Royal Mail.


Our brownies, due to the way we wrap them, stay fresh up to 10 days in the unopened packaging. Please make sure they are kept in an air tight container once delivered.

Please note that if your delivery is delayed for any reason your order will still be fresh as our brownies are wrapped in grease proof paper and the box is sealed in an airtight mailing bag to keep them fresh for up to 10 days.

If you don’t receive the item that you ordered or the item you have received has been damaged in transit, we’re here to help.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Our policy lasts 7 days from day of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this can be the original confirmation email you receive from us when you placed your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you. If your parcel has been lost in transit we will send out your order again free of charge – please give the post 10 working days before contacting us. Send us an email at and send your item to the return address printed on the label.
